Massage Therapy

What is Massage?

Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that supports the body’s natural ability to recover, relax, and function at its best. It can be used to relieve pain, reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and promote overall wellbeing. Treatments are always adapted to the individual, taking into account health history, current concerns, and personal goals.

Massage can be beneficial for a wide range of issues, including back, neck and shoulder discomfort, musculoskeletal tension, physical strain from work or exercise, stress, and general fatigue. As well as its physical benefits, massage can also support mental wellbeing by encouraging relaxation and reducing stress.

Each massage session begins with a thorough consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate, safe, and tailored to your needs. Techniques may be adjusted during the session to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
